This week we are working on lists of our accomplishments: big, small, life changing and otherwise.
We are listing what we have done to help ourselves feel great about all that we have already done.
It has been fun reflecting on past successes, times I went above and beyond and times I showed up for those I love.
We are also now keeping track of three things for which we are grateful.
I’m now consistently starting and ending my day feeling great.
I love this exercise as well, feeling really good about myself. Glad to see someone else loving it!
